Mindfulness is in fact very simple - Mindfulness is bringing our attention to this precise moment in time, into the here and NOW. BUT… It’s not judging the moment.
There are no levels, no people good at mindfulness, there is no one bad at it, no competition, no appropriate age, no gender, no experts, it is just a practice, it is just mindfulness. It’s about building a relationship with yourself and the world around you.
It’s an invitation to cease clinging to anything, an idea, a thing, an event, a particular time, or view or desire….
A conscious decision to release with full acceptance into the stream of present moments unfolding and live here in this space.
If you cultivate Patience you almost can’t help cultivate mindfulness and your meditation practice will gradually become richer and more mature.

Intuitive guidance comes to us in many ways, but the best way is through strengthening our ability to receive answers during meditation.
Developing perfect intuitive guidance is like strengthening a muscle. It takes time and it takes constant practice.
But it definitely is possible. The best way is first to learn to meditate deeply.

Mental health awareness is slowly improving, as more and more of us start becoming informed about the ways we need to take care of our mental well-being. However, many still think of self-care as single, individual acts, like taking a soothing bath or going to sleep early. Self-care for mental health should be an ongoing practice, a series of regular habits that build up to a supportive routine for our minds.
