Day retreats
By booking a retreat with us means you agree to our terms and conditions.
We offer a full refund to vouchers purchased via our website within 14 days. After the 14 day period your voucher may be transferred to online retreats, a Spanish retreat or to another person but your voucher will not be not refunded. If you do not received your voucher / e-voucher it is your responsibility to notify us within 14 days. You have max two change of booking per voucher number within the 12 month period.
You will have 12 months to redeem your voucher from the purchase date.
Our retreats may be unsuitable during pregnancy please notify us if you are pregnant.
We cannot cater for nut allergies, or life threating food allergies, but you may bring your own food
Fees include
Yoga, guided woodland walks, affirmation art, meditations, lunch, snacks and refreshments.
The Booking Contract
No contract will exist until you have paid your voucher.
You will be sent a questionnaire and an details of the day 1-2 weeks before arriving at the retreat.
Cancellation policy
1. If for any reason you have to cancel your place on our retreat, please provide us with at least 14 days written notice you can transfer to another retreat date.
2. If you do not turn up on the day or cancel your attendance on the retreat day and / or you have not given 14 days written notice that you will not be attending then the full retreat fee is non refundable and non transferable.
3. We cannot accept responsibility for lateness, changes to work, commitments, illness or personal circumstance within this 14 day period and we will not transfer the retreat to another date, you can send someone else in your place, please notify us of their name and contact details as soon as possible.
4. If a retreat is cancelled due to low numbers or for any reason, we will endeavour to transfer you to another retreat date and you will be contacted immediately.
5. Please arrive promptly as in fairness to other guests if you arrive more then 10 mins late your place will be cancelled.
Exclusions
We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays or losses caused by acts of god, war, threat of war, changes to personal circumstances I.e pregnancy, closure of airports, natural disasters, accidents, civil strife, pandemics, terrorist attacks or any other events beyond or within our control, guests injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the retreat, loss or damage to personal property of guest.
Weekend Booking
Deposit of · £100 for a weekend retreat · Fees Fees include accommodation, full board, yoga tuition and guided hill walks, talks, cooking and meditation classes. We can arrange Transfers from airports at an extra cost per person, please email for prices. Flights and other transport to be arranged by guests.
The Booking Contract No contract will exist until you have paid your deposit and confirmation email has been received. This is because we only have limited places, and they fill quite quickly. You will be sent a questionnaire and an information pack 1-2 weeks before arriving at the retreat.
Balance of Fees The balance of the fees must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the retreat. The balance may be paid via our website, paypal or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy Though our spaces are limited we will endeavour to treat cancellations sympathetically. If there is a cancellation, we can transfer your deposit to another date if the cancellation is made at least 6 weeks before the original retreat date start. Cancellations made later than this cannot be refunded or transferred.
If a retreat is cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic low numbers or for reasons beyond our control, we will endeavour to transfer you to another retreat date and you will be contacted immediately.
Insurance Guests should have their own travel insurance, which will cover them in the event that they are unable to attend due to illness or bereavement.

Other Accommodation may change for any unforeseen reason, we will endeavour to relocate the retreat to equal or better standard in the same area and you will be notified in writing if this occurs

Covid-19 - a guide for Host Following government guidelines we will advice all guests 24 hours prior to the retreat not to attend if they are/ or think they might be in breach of these (re: return travel, flu like systems etc.). Putting in place reasonable social distancing measures – all mats apart, max numbers dependent on size of hall) All retreat venues adhere to their COVID-19 protocol. We will ask students to bring their own mat/blanket/cushion to classes and avoid sharing. Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment before and after use (scissors, glue, etc) Ensuring hand washing / hand sanitizing upon entering the hall at the start of the retreat Instruct Washing hands on a regular basis during the retreat day Avoiding hands on adjustments and favoring verbal communications instead Ensure room is ventilated before, after and during class Surfaces cleaned and disinfected Responsibility of the studio owner to clean and disinfect the venue No shoes permitted in the venue we will ask guests to bring slippers
Sanitizer widely available, hand washing facilities. Staff trained to wash and sanitize hands before and after every operation.
Ensure availability of sanitizer and hand wash soap.
All surfaces, handles and equipment to be sanitized by venue.
Ensure availability of disposable cloths and surface sanitizers
Apply sanitiser to guests hands before buffet

Guests will be notified via email to enter the entrance one by one and wait in line maintaining a reasonable distance apart.
Email will explain W/C use need to made one by one and maintain a distance whilst waiting
Guests will be asked to use the facilities one by one
Food will be prepared and served by host wearing mask who will plate up the buffet
. Name place cards will be positioned on table for exclusive seat for each guest.
Guest will remain at their designated station.
Guest will be supplied with sanitized Scissors and glue and 3 magazines for exclusive use.
No Hands on Adjustments, instead use verbal instructions
Mindfulness Toolbox to be verbal and demonstrated GDPR & Info will be sent via email instead
Sanitizer will be passed around before passing items around
TRACK & TRACE we will have home address, telephone number and email address of all guests attending for an effective track and trace operation if necessary
