Useful Information


Max of 16 people per retreat. 

We will provide yoga mats if you don't have one. Wear comfortable warm clothing and footwear (workout clothes are fine). Bring a reusable water bottle, a blanket for meditation, slippers, a waterproof coat and boots if it is /has been raining  

  • Around two weeks prior to the retreat you will be sent a questionnaire to enable us to get to know you, if you have a disability, injuries or limitations we can offer an alternative activity on the day  
  • Most venues have disability access (not Bermondsey)
  • Mobile phones are not permitted during the retreat.
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

  • We cater for all dietary requirements but we cannot cater for a nut allergy

What to expect on the day?

From the moment you arrive at our retreat you will feel looked after, you will have the chance to truly rest, relax and immerse yourself in our gentle teachings of mindfulness and meditation. 

The purpose of our retreats is create a space, a safe sanctuary to disconnect, relax and discover the power of mindfulness.

The various activities throughout the day provide a soothing environment, the yoga is gentle and suitable for all abilities, enjoy the sound healing for deeper relaxation, immerse in a beautiful walk with mindfulness practices and have fun with the art activity, lunch is often one of the highlights of the day and has been rated Excellent by 100% of our guests. 

You will leave feeling empowered, renewed and inspired.
